Sezame invites you to one of its tables during a dinner at the restaurant «Le Grand Dictionnaire», located in the hotel «Monte Cristo».  The chef will offer you a seasonal menu with :
  • An entrance
  • A dish
  • A dessert
We will find you the wine that will go perfectly with your dishes (and your tastes).  The menu changes every two weeks.   Current Menu : Starters
  • TRUITY IN GRAVLAX with tangy rhubarb jelly and beet chips
  • GREEN TOMATOES IN TARTARE, verbena and rum granita, pine nuts
Dishes
  • MACKEREL GRILLED WITH MISO endive marinated in plum vinegar, eggplant purée with black sugar
  • Jamaican-grilled beef knuckle, pepper sauce, roasted grapefruit, sweet potato pressé
  • Turbot confit (extra 5€) with almond, almond sabayon, celery rocher, cherry
Desserts
  • FRESH PEACH SOUP Blackberries, Cinnamon Streusel, Verbena Chips
  • CHOCOLAT ICE CREAM Salted butter peanut financier, redcurrants
  • LE BABA 1802 rum, tonka whipped cream
