The OFF Paris Seine hotel boat ****, moored on the Seine at Quai d'Austerlitz, is opening its doors to you for a special experience! Settle into this unusual space to enjoy a bistronomic lunch on the banks of the Seine, with access to the swimming pool to extend your moment of relaxation. On the programme :

A lunch on the Seine consisting of a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert, featuring high-quality seasonal produce selected by the chef ;
A glass of champagne OR a glass of wine OR a mocktail per person ;
Access to the swimming pool from 3pm to 6pm, to relax and enjoy an exceptional view of the Seine.

The menu : Starters : - Beetroot hummus, rocket-wasabi coulis, feta crème mi-montée and gourmet croutons - Candied carrots, labneh, redcurrants, combawa and bread crumble - Homemade foie gras terrine from the south-west, chef's walnut bread and Miot fig jam Main courses : - Courgette tagliatelle, seasonal mushrooms, pistachio pesto and combawa zest - Sea bream ceviche, mustard pickles, leche de tigre, glazed carrots with molé sauce and peanuts - Stuffed chicken medallion, parsnip purée, glazed Jerusalem artichokes and chestnut foam - Filet mignon, potato mousseline with hazelnut butter, roasted hazelnuts, candied grey shallots and spicy jus - Peach of the day cooked on one side, roasted leek breast, chimichurri and lemon-yuzu gel Desserts : - Destructured Mont-Blanc, chestnut duo, apple caviar - Roasted figs with maple syrup, quince and honey confit, crème fraiche ice cream and hazelnut crumble - Warm chocolate cream, green tea foam and roasted cocoa nibs Enjoy refined cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, and take a dip in the pool overlooking the Seine !
