The Burgundy welcomes you for an energetic awakening!   With its sober and luxurious decor, this space with soft colors invites you to relax but not only... In the 15-meter pool, you will tone up your whole body by following choreographed movements set to the rhythm of your instructor.   On the agenda :
  • 50 minutes of aqua-fitness classes
  • Access to the locker rooms
As soon as you are welcomed, you will feel pampered, but don't get your hopes up... You are here to burn calories and your instructor will make sure of it! T he class starts at 8:30am. So come a little early to get ready.   To recharge your batteries, you can always go to the dining room for breakfast (extra charge).

J'aurais jamais pensé faire de l'aqua fitness dans la piscine d'un 5 étoiles :D L'endroit est juste magnifique. Top expérience - Le prof m'a fait souffrir par contre :) !
