The Refuge de Solaise, the highest five-star hotel in France, pushes the boundaries of care with its MyBlend Signature Recharge Ritual, a four-step protocol designed for total regeneration of body and mind at an altitude of 2,551 meters. On the program:

Lunch at the Refuge restaurant (1 hour) - seasonal cuisine with panoramic views of the valley and the peaks
Spa access (2 hours) - 25 m pool, two panoramic jacuzzis, polar bath, outdoor sauna and steam room
MyBlend Recharge Ritual (2:10):

- RESET (30 min) - hot bath and fleece bath - RECOVER (30 min) - Jet Boots, air compression - REGENERATION (50 min) - Theragun & stretching massage - REACTIVE & RECONNECT (20 min) - LED Therapy & Sound Healing From the first Nordic bath to the final Sound Healing, each stage is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, facing the Alps. Please read carefully: - In winter, access to the Solaise Refuge is exclusively by the Solaise cable car, which starts from the snow front and arrives 200 m above the hotel.
