At the Solaise Refuge, at an altitude of more than 2,500 meters, recovery takes on a whole new dimension. This experience combines a panoramic table and the latest MyBlend protocol, designed to deeply regenerate the body, after exercise or simply over a day in the Alps.
On the program:

Lunch or dinner at the Refuge restaurant (1 hour) - seasonal cuisine facing the glaciers, on the panoramic terrace
Spa access (2 hours) - 25-meter pool, two jacuzzis overlooking the valley, polar bath, outdoor sauna and steam room
Jet Boots (20 min) - air compression recovery boots to speed up blood flow, drain legs, and reduce muscle tensionMyBlend Harmonizing Massage (50 min) - enveloping gestures and deep stretching for complete body relaxation
