Nomad Lounge - choux pastry with white sesame cream, lemon centre and vanilla Chantilly, paired with Vanilla Iced Tea
One Thousand and One Nights - spiced orange cake, orange compote, cinnamon shortbread and vanilla Chantilly, paired with Orange Blossom Cloud
Return from the Journey - pistachio cream, pistachio praline and whipped orange blossom ganache, paired with Tropical Elixir A gourmet moment signed by Vincent Guerlais, served at Albert's place in an atmosphere inspired by the Paris of the Roaring Twenties by Maison Maubreuil. Note: - Tea Time is served from Tuesday to Saturday, from 15:00 to 18:00.
