Just like the hotel’s bar itself, this experience is an ode to conviviality. An invitation to explore flavors, ideas and emotions… much like gathering around a kitchen island, where everything is meant to be shared.
On the program:
The cocktails will be crafted using the spirits of your choice.
The bar is open daily from 5 p.m. to midnight.
- Cocktail workshop (30 min) — a creative session for two with the bartender, guided by your preferences
- Tasting on the terrace (30 min) — enjoy your two tailor-made cocktails
- Tapas platter — Tarama, Spanish sausages, truffle gouda, house croque (ham or chicken), goat cheese toast, Galician sardines, Pastis-roasted camembert (vegetarian option available)

We had a really nice time and learned a lot from Léo. He is an excellent and knowledgeable bartender and made us delicious drinks perfectly to our taste. Would highly recommend the experience to anyone!
