FAQ

Question 1

What is Sezame’s “The Unforgettables” collection?

Accepted Answer

A selection of experiences we’re highlighting this Christmas: our favorites for a gift they’ll love to experience and tell you about.

Question 2

How do I choose an experience for a loved one?

Accepted Answer

Start with what they enjoy: taking time for themselves, discovering new places or sharing a moment together. Explore each experience to find out about the venue, what’s included and the booking conditions.

Question 3

Can I give an experience to enjoy together?

Accepted Answer

Yes, simply choose an experience for two or more people. Check the experience page for the number of participants and find the moment you’d like to give.

Question 4

How do I give a Sezame gift card?

Accepted Answer

You can give a Sezame gift card in two ways: choose a monetary amount or select a specific experience to give. In both cases, you’ll receive an email with a digital, printable voucher to pass on to the recipient.

Question 5

How does the Sezame gift card work?

Accepted Answer

The Sezame gift card is a prepaid card that can be used to purchase any experience on the Sezame website. It is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and can be used once or across multiple purchases until the balance is spent. If the balance does not cover the full price, the remainder can be paid by bank card.
