The timing depends on your purchase: For a booking: your points are credited the day after your experience. For a gift card purchase: your points are credited 14 days after purchase (matching the European withdrawal period).

Do I earn points if I use a promo code or a gift card?

You only earn points on the net amount you actually pay. The portion paid with a promo code or gift card does not generate points (euros not spent).

Can I earn points on purchases made abroad?

No, the loyalty program applies only within France. Purchases made in another currency or outside France do not earn points.

Vouchers offered when you move up to a new tier are valid for 12 months from their date of issue. Be sure to use them before they expire!

No! Unlike welcome vouchers, the 5% and 10% discounts are permanent and remain valid as long as you keep your Gold or Platinum status.

What happens to my points if I cancel a booking?

Since your points are only permanently credited the day after your experience, if you cancel your booking before it takes place, no points will be credited to you.

What happens to my points in case of a refund?

Accepted Answer

If a booking or gift card purchase is refunded, the corresponding points that had been accumulated (or were pending) will automatically be deducted from your loyalty balance. If this deduction brings your balance below your current tier's threshold, your status will be adjusted accordingly.

I paid with a voucher (€20, €50 or €80) and cancelled my booking. Is it lost?

It depends on the cancellation conditions of the experience you had booked: If you cancel within the allowed timeframe (eligible for a refund): your voucher is automatically credited back to your account with its original expiration date. If the cancellation is outside the allowed timeframe (non-refundable): the voucher is unfortunately lost.
