FAQ

Question 1

How do I choose an experience for a loved one?

Accepted Answer

Start with what they love: taking time for themselves, discovering new places or sharing a moment together. Explore each experience to learn about the venue, what's included and the terms and conditions.

Question 2

Can I give an experience to enjoy together?

Accepted Answer

Yes, simply choose an experience for two or more people. Check the experience page for the number of participants and choose the moment you'd like to give them.

Question 3

How do I give a Sezame gift card?

Accepted Answer

There are two ways to give a Sezame gift card: choose a card amount or select a specific experience to give. Either way, you'll receive an email with a digital, printable voucher to share with the recipient.

Question 4

How does the Sezame gift card work?

Accepted Answer

The Sezame gift card is a prepaid card that can be used to purchase any experience on the Sezame website. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used once or across multiple purchases until the balance is spent. If the balance doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the difference by credit or debit card.
