This is like having a private spa available... You enter the hotel, then wait for someone to escort you to the below-ground spa. There's a large bathroom for changing, a locker for storing your clothes, and bathrobe and slippers are provided. You have an hour before your massage to use the pool, sauna, and hammam/steam room. The pool is warm and well-suited to water exercising (although not large enough for true lap swimming). The sauna is a comfortably hot temperature, and has water to throw on the coals if you like. I changed from my bathing suit, and then the massage therapist brought me to a treatment room. After a discussion of my needs and preferences, I selected a scented* oil. The massage was very good, taking into account what type of pressure I wanted and where I wanted to focus. After, I was shown to a changing room with a shower, hairdryer, etc. With the Sezame offer, this is cheaper than having a gym membership and swimming once a month. *I wasn't crazy about the choice of 3 oil scents... vanilla, amber, and something floral. I prefer something more herb-y... eucalyptus, lavender, lemongrass, etc.
