Every two months, a new menu is offered, featuring fresh, seasonal produce in a warm, friendly atmosphere : - April & May : Spoon-fried Traeger lamb shoulder with seasonal vegetables - asparagus, new potatoes, spring onions, garlic confit, coleslaw. - June & July : Traeger-grilled prawns, vegetable bayaldi, feta salad, rice pilaf, sauce vierge. - September & October : Traeger pork loin with tomato, ratte potatoes, roast eggplant, mozzarella tomatoes. - November & December : Camembert or Mont d'Or Traeger, Morteau sausage, Traeger potatoes, green salad. Every Sunday is the perfect opportunity to gather around tasty dishes, in an exceptional setting, while discovering new flavors as the seasons go by !
