  • Enjoy a 3-course lunch (starter + main course + dessert) to savour the colourful, gourmet and refined creations of Chef Joseph Kriz, rounded off with the delicious desserts of Pastry Chef Anne Beyl.
  • A 20-minute massage in the area of your choice at the Cinq Mondes approved spa, inviting you to relax and get away from it all
  • 1h30 access to the wellness area (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, fitness area) for total relaxation!
Hôtel Jules César promises a stay where every detail creates unforgettable memories ! THE MENU : Choice of starter : Carrots In a thin, crispy tart, all textures and colours, pink grapefruit. Wolf Tartare, beetroot gazpacho smoked with Crau hay, light lime cream, wolfish croquettes with toasted sesame, beetroot pistachios. Farmhouse poultry Legs confit croque style, rolled supreme with herbs and pistachios, leek mousse, Baux wine jus Your choice of dish : Trout Golden Ardèche trout, Gardians beer cream, mascarpone cauliflower Duck Breast of duck roasted in cade wood, legs preserved in a root vegetable parmentier, juniper jus Vegetables Organic Camargue IGP red rice risotto with pumpkin and hazelnut foam Choice of dessert : Le Café/Thé gourmand Assortment of delicacies Tomme cheese from Mas du Trident Ewe's Tomme cheese NB :  - Drinks are not included and must be paid for at the restaurant. - For your comfort, bathrobes and towels are provided on site. - The experience is available Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 7pm. - Lunch is served between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.

Super moment !

Nous avons bien profité du massage et du spa très agréable. En revanche la nourriture était très moyenne. Surtout le café gourmand présentait des gâteaux rassis que nous n avons pas pu mangé . Les autres tables aussi les ont laissé
