Cette expérience était tout juste correcte. Nous avons trouvé que certaines informations manquaient, notamment concernant la formule déjeuner + spa que nous avions choisie. Rien n’était clair et j’ai dû faire beaucoup d’allers-retours entre le restaurant et le spa pour prouver que j’avais bien pris cette formule. Le spa en lui-même n’est pas mal, mais plusieurs équipements étaient en panne et je m’attendais à mieux. La nourriture du restaurant était correcte, mais je m’attendais à mieux de la part d’un restaurant d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
