In the heart of the Latin Quarter, a few steps from Notre-Dame, the Maison Colbert Meliá Collection ***** welcomes La Parenthese Clotilde, a Tea Time created with pastry chef Chiara Serpaggi. At Café Clotilde, the Chef's savory creations accompany signature pastries, seasonal sweets and brioche to share, with a hot drink and a cold drink of your choice.
