Chef Maxime Thomas orchestrates bistronomic cuisine rooted in local products, enhanced by a vaulted cellar with more than 1,000 references and a bar decorated with a remarkable collection of carafes.
The Spa des Tannins extends the world of the vine into new wellness experiences: sauna at 80°C, steam room at 45°C, sensory shower with relaxing aromas, herbal tea and Tannin Bath: signature ritual with red vine extracts.
