Let yourself be seduced by the delights concocted by chef Maxime Raab, who has devised a brunch that is both healthy and gourmet. Buffets, dishes and drinks, everything comes together for a delicious experience alone or with friends ! ON THE MENU : On the savoury side of the buffet :

Oysters, prawns, whelks and smoked salmon,
Cold meats,
The Chef's mixed salads and crudités,
A selection of French and Italian cheeses,
An assortment of breads,
Scrambled or fried eggs.

Sweet buffet:

An assortment of Viennese pastries baked on the premises,
Pies and cakes of the moment,
Chia pudding,
Muesli, porridge and cereals,
Greek yoghurts,
Dried fruit and an assortment of cut fruit,
Scrambled or fried eggs.

Choice of main course :
