Every Sunday, Café 52 offers you a brunch in order to enjoy balanced and gourmet cuisine, in a setting in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. A la carte dishes and a generous buffet make up this experience that can be enjoyed, based on fresh and seasonal products. On the program:
  • Brunch at Café 52 - appetizer & dessert buffet + à la carte dishes. 
At the savory buffet:
  • Oysters, shrimps and smoked salmon,
  • Charcuterie,
  • Salads composed by the Chef and raw vegetables,
  • A selection of French and Italian cheeses,
  • An assortment of breads,
  • Scrambled eggs or fried eggs. 
On the sweet side buffet:
  • An assortment of pastries cooked on site,
  • The pies and cakes of the moment;
  • Chia pudding.
  • Muesli, porridge and cereal,
  • Greek yogurts,
  • Dried fruits and an assortment of cut fruits. 
A dish to choose from:
  • The unmissable Pokebowl
  • Or the dish of the day according to the season and the inspiration of Chef Alexis Bouvard
The drinks:
  • A glass of champagne per person
  • Unlimited fresh fruit juices and hot drinks
Every Sunday from 12:30, come and share a gourmet moment in a pleasant setting. Notes: - This list is not exhaustive and varies according to the seasons - Brunch takes place every Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Compatible with a vegetarian and/or lactose-free and/or gluten-free diet, but never without pleasure!
