Take a break where wellness and gastronomy come together at Miss Fuller ****. After a relaxing session in the sauna and jacuzzi, extend the experience with a refined lunch in an elegant and intimate setting. On the program:

1-hour private access to the jacuzzi and sauna, before or after your meal
A gourmet lunch including a starter, main course, and dessert (between 12pm and 2:30pm)
A bottle of Nicolas Feuillate champagne or a bottle of French Bloom

A perfect escape to combine relaxation and fine dining. Available times for spa access (to be confirmed by telephone following reservation request): 11am, 12:30pm or 2pm. Note: Bouquet and box of chocolates supplements are only available for bookings made at least 1 day in advance. - Menu - Starters:

Burrata with truffle and Parma ham
Scallop tartare, oyster, herb oil, horseradish sauce and red shiso
Spaghetti squash tartlet, hazelnut butter, confit Jerusalem artichokes and burnt vegetable jus

Main courses:

Southwest duck breast, raisin sauce, parsnip and salsify purée
Fish of the day, fregola with shellfish bisque, mini fennel confit, iodized emulsion
Gnudi with spinach (Tuscan gnocchi), confit Jerusalem artichokes, rosemary sauce and parmesan crumble
