How long is my tier valid?

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you reach the required number of points. If your points balance falls below the required threshold, you will automatically return to the previous tier.

Each tier reached gives you access to new exclusive privileges: Silver Member: A €20 voucher offered (usable from €150 of purchase). Gold Member: A €50 voucher offered (usable from €150 of purchase) AND 5% permanent privilege on all your purchases. Platinum Member: A €80 voucher offered (usable from €150 of purchases), 10% permanent privilege on all your purchases AND an exclusive surprise for your birthday. Note: Your permanent Gold and Platinum privileges cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

The timing depends on your purchase: For a booking: your points are credited the day after your experience. For a gift card purchase: your points are credited 14 days after purchase (matching the European withdrawal period).

How long is my voucher valid for?

The vouchers offered when you switch to a new status are valid for 12 months from their date of attribution.

Can I earn points on purchases made abroad?

Accepted Answer

No, the loyalty program applies only within France. Purchases made in another currency or outside France do not earn points.

Do I earn points if I use a promo code or a gift card?

Accepted Answer

You only earn points on the net amount you actually pay. The portion paid with a promo code or gift card does not generate points (euros not spent).
