Choose your experience, select your time slot, and book in just a few clicks. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Question 2

Can I gift an experience to someone ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Sezame experiences can be gifted. Simply select the “Gift” option during the booking process. You can also choose to offer a gift card for the amount of your choice. It’s valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used on any Sezame experience, no overnight stay required.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy ?

Accepted Answer

Sezame customers can cancel their experience between 24 and 72 hours before it begins, depending on the conditions jointly defined when the offer was created.

How do we manage bookings ?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the experience you choose, you can either book instantly by selecting an available time slot, or send a request with your preferred date and time; in that case, we’ll forward your request to the partner for confirmation, and once the slot is approved, your booking is finalized and you’ll be charged via Sezame.
