At the heart of the Hotel du Collectioneur Paris *****, this “Reset After Sun” day brings together movement, nutrition and beauty in the new Art Deco Spa. The program combines Mindful Yoga, a healthy brunch with Bioeffect, guided meditation and a beauty checkup customized. On the program for your day:

9:00am: Welcome around a collagen cocktail - Apnea collagen cocktail, with Reinette apple juice, verjus, violet and marine collagen
9:30/10:30: Mindful Yoga - session guided by Quentin Longeau, sports physiotherapist and lululemon ambassador
10:45/11:45: Beauty & energetic experience at the Spa - meditation guided by Vanessa, founder of Aura and hotel energy specialist, access to the pool, sauna & steam room, then personalized beauty assessment carried out by Jade, skin expert at the Jade & Joyce Institute
12:00/13:30: Brunch, talk & beauty masterclass - healthy brunch with the Bioeffect brand

ENTRIES TO SHARE: Sea bream ceviche, cucumber tiger lick and jalapenos Avocado toast, feta, pickles and energy seeds All green salad, mango, dates and lime Citrus quinoa, avocado, pomegranate and fresh coriander DISH: Steamed cod, sweet potato purée, turmeric passion fruit vinaigrette DESSERTS TO SHARE: Acai bowl, granola and red fruits Chia seed pudding with coconut and mango Strawberry garriguette and vanilla whipped cream Energy Balls Carrot, beetroot, ginger juice shooter Enough to approach the new school year with more lightness and serenity.
