At La Fondation *****, this experience combines the provision of high-end Technogym equipment, a massage targeted at areas of tension, as well as an energy drink and a protein bar at the juice bar to support recovery.
On the program:

Biologique Recherche facial treatment or body treatment (1 hour) - made with appropriate gestures to release tensions and promote a feeling of immediate well-being
Access to the gym (excluding group classes) - Technogym equipment for free cardio and strength training
Spa access - access to the wellness area with steam room, sauna and semi-Olympic pool.
Vitamin Well drink & protein bar - offered at the juice bar to support recovery
