We loved the hotel and the location was perfect. We loved the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the pool. But there were a few things that we were disappointed with: the aromatherapy room didn't seem to be operational, the jacuzzi seemed a bit low speed, and the relaxation room felt a bit claustrophobic, especially the area behind the curtains. We had afternoon tea included in the restaurant, and to be honest it was of medium quality with simple sandwitches and cakes that were overly sweet - the scones were good though. I was expecting something much better given the standard of the hotel and pricing.
