In the heart of Nantes, Maison Maubreuil ***** combines an oenology workshop led by our sommelier, around a wine region or a travel theme, with a market lunch at Albert's. A friendly break that combines wine discovery and gastronomy, in an intimate boutique hotel in the city center. On the program:

Oenology workshop led by head sommelier Romain (1 hour) - tasting and analysis of a selection of wines around a region or a wine theme
Lunch Market Menu at Albert's: starter, main course and dessert made from local products, with a menu that changes according to the seasons.

On the menu: Entry: - BREADED EGGPLANT: Aioli, sweet candied egg yolk. Dishes: - FISH OF THE MOMENT: Variation of carrots, ginger, lemon. - VEAL: Cooked at low temperature, vegetables from Ferme de Maubreuil, Sherry sauce Dessert: - PAVLOVA APRICOT: Crispy meringue, apricot. A unique way of understanding wine... and of experiencing it to the fullest at the table. Note: - The lunch menu changes every week.
