Une catastrophe… j’ai réservé via Sézame.. l’hôtel m’a proposé un créneau qui ne me convenait pas.. on m’a dit qu’on annulait mon créneau mais que le remboursement serait effectué par sezame.. 3 mails plus tard toujours rien… ils se renvoient la balle et moi je ne suis toujours pas remboursé.. une honte
