How does booking an experience work ?

Choose your experience, select your time slot, and book in just a few clicks. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Can I gift an experience to someone ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all experiences can be easily gifted. Just check the “gift” option when booking. You also have the option to give a gift card for any amount you choose, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, usable on all Sezame experiences.

What are the cancellation policies ?

Accepted Answer

Sezame customers can cancel their experience between 24 and 72 hours before it starts, depending on the terms agreed upon when your offers were created.

How do we manage the bookings ?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the experience you choose, you can either book directly by selecting an available time slot or send a request with your preferred date and time. In the latter case, we forward your request to the partner for approval, and once the slot is confirmed, your booking is finalized and your payment is processed through Sezame.

Do I need to book a night to enjoy an experience ?

No, all the experiences offered can be enjoyed without an overnight stay.
